Is it possible iv been doing a lot of little water changes I do maybe 2 5 gallon water changes a week on my 160 should I keep on this regiment or should I stretch it out more

water changes aren't just for nutrient export and calcium they also replace Calcium Chloride, Cobalt Chloride, Iron, Lithium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride, Manganese , Nickel Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Molybdate, Strontium Chloride, Zinc EDTA, Copper EDTA, and Potassium Bromide.
as well as others that are used up by coral and other inhabitants

Dosing, without the possibility of overdosing, plus, exporting nutrients. To answer your question, done correctly, there is no way you can do too many water changes.
