To much flow?

Hey I have another question on flow. I'm setting up a 20L. I found a tunze 6025 in my old fish stuff. Is this to big a power head on a 20L? I used it for a few months on a FW tank. I don't want to blow my sand bed. I'm trying to save money were a can. If not I'm CL it. I will be running a ac110 also.

Is this a 20 liter or 20 long? If it's a 20 gallon then it's okay, but barely. If it's a 20 liter then its waay too much.
