Tonight may be the night for my Marigold Swordtail & Red MM Platy ?!

New to the group? and new in dealing with swordtails and platies. I have two expecting mother's that I've had for a little over a month now. They both delivered a batch August 11, 2017, with 7 remaining fry (2RMMP & 5MGS). I also have another female MMP (that gave birth to 3 surviving fry) but I'm not sure what type. She was suppose to be a Blue Mickey Mouse Platy but I believe she's a type of neon.

do you have swords and platys mixed? They do inter breed.

That's how we happen to have so many swordtail colors.

My apologies for the late reply ? But yes 1 female swordtail, 2 female MMP & 1 male MMP. There hasn't been any interbreeding yet, for all my females were already pregnant when bought and I had the male few months prior.
