Torpedo Barb dying?

Got three torpedo barbs Friday night, two of them are doing great, but one is not. noticed today that it is hiding out, not moving much. it sometimes goes vertical, head to the surface, touches the bottom and then repositions itself. It is a juvenile torpedo barb. No other fish seem to be ailing. just done a water change 20-30%. All water specs are ok, with just the nitrite being slightly elevated @ .25 ppm temp currently 25-26C hopefully the water change eliminates that. Any suggestions?

It's likely he's just a weak fish. Not all fish handle transporting well and he may not have had time to recover from the stress of shipping to the store before you purchased him. Keep an extremely close eye on that nitrite and hopefully he pulls through.
