Tube like things growing in my tank

i dont know if im in the right place,but i just noticed these thing growing on my rock.they are a tube like thing with long brown thngs comming out of them, and some other are tube like, with kind like a flower on it (white) can you tell me what they are, and if it is a good thing or bad? i also have alot of algae...long and hairy

They could be feather dusters and aren't harmfull. Is the hair algea green? Try posting a new thread and include your tank size, what you have in it (fish, coral, snails, crabs), hours you leave the light on.
