I believe they are Vermetid gastropods. A tube dwelling snail that uses a mucas trap to capture food.

I'm not sure what they are but I'm not about to doubt fluff! 
I do have two of those that I can see in my tank and usually I see a hair like thing waving in the current, I guess trying to catch food. One is in the middle of my candy cane corals. Its not hurting it so I'm just going to leave it.
