Some of my zoas seem to be losing color. Multiplying like crazy just have no color. Is this due to bleaching? Or is this just what type it is? How do I safely get rid of then or thin them. They used to be mostly the color of the one in the upper right. ImageUploadedByAquarium Advice1406150306.241548.jpg

They look like button polyps! A royal pain! I thin mine with scissors every month! The colour is dependant on light intensity, but they don't get much better!

So just cut the heads with scissors? They are getting thick!!! Thanks for the reply. at least now I know what to search.

Ya be sure to remove any that you cut as they will float around and grow where ever they land!
