Hi i have one male betra in a 5 gallon fluval chi aquarium, but its starting to leak so i went out and bought a new 4 gallon fluval view aquarium with new gravel and stuff and i plan to transfer him to the new tank. Only problem is that i want to do this and cause the least amount of stress as possible. I have checked a few websites but i just want to make sure. Thx! ??

you will be fine. Beta are very strong fish. Set up the new tank and transfer him over you will be fine just acclimate him to the new tank like you would any other fish.

Should i reuse water from my old tank?
