vegetable preparations?

How do I prepare vegetables for my fish to each. Seeing as most veggies could be acidic if left in the tank is was curious as to how I prepare my vegtables

I have

8rosy barbs

3 giant danios

15ish ghost shrimp

1chinese algae eater

2 iridescent sharks

I blanch mine for a couple of minutes then drop them in cold water to cool. I give cucumber, spinach and kale

Yeah just blanch the vegetables and for peas just take the casing off of them and you're good to go!

I think most fish like pea's.
Just don't feed too much. Usually, vegetables are filled with fiber, witch gives the felling they're full(with us too) really quickly, so they don't eat much of it.

Just squeeze them until the inside comes out
