looks like Green star polyps for the 1st, 2nd looks like some type of encrusting chalace maybe? odd for it to be on the sand though.

The first one does open up. I believe your right on with a star polyp. Second one doesn't open. Kinda sits there like a rock except you can see movement from the current.
