1.) how long after a large H2O change until you can do tests for NH3, No2, No3 and get accurate results?

2.) How long after a large H2O change before you would feed your fish?

large being 50-85%

I test before....I almost always change 50% as well...so I don't test a gain any time real soon.I know you are cycling so its matters a bit more, with adaquate circulation I'd say two hours should present accurate results.

But if you know what you add,and you know what you had....The math saves the test materials for another day ;)

During a cycle, you should always test prior to and a couple of hours after a PWC. In regard to feeding, waiting until things calm down, including waiting until the rising O2 is finished if you have any, is best.
