Water GH/PH/KH

My GH is better in my tap water then in my tank. I do weekly water change but it doesn't help! Every time i test my water my PH is low and my GH is hard...Im not interested on using chemicals unless i really have to... Its a planted tank and also have invertebrates... Any advice ? Or any idea on what could be causing it?

PH:6.2

GH is going up because of evaporation.
Kh could be getting converted by co2? (Taa daa, that's the pH problem too)

But, just a guess!
