Has anyone ever used this for liquid carbon? It is a 2.5% glut that I found for a few dollars cheaper than metricide 14. Just curious if all of these glut products are all the same.

You can check the msds for this. Apparently metricide has been producing the sterilizing solution for other companies to sell. It's the same thing with a different brand name.

Thank you all. I went ahead with metricide 14 as the wavicide 01 appeared slightly different with some of it's properties on the msds sheet comparisons. It was only a few dollars cheaper anyway.

I started with metricide 14 myself, but for some odd reason the prices jumped on it. So I bought a gallon of Cidex Omnicide 14 from eBay. I've been using it for a month so far and nothing different to report other than it's nice and cheap.
