Weird Gourami Behaviour

I I have noticed that sometime my male gold gourami and my blue female gourami will sometime lock their lips together. What are they doing all my tank perimeters are fine.

Its usually a dominance display. Its generally referred to as "kissing".

If they are lip locking they are fighting . Back when I had my gourami tank I had a blue and chocolate that went at it constantly.

It isn't kissing, there is no love involved Like said it's a struggle for dominance.

Today when I went to the fish tank I noticed that this same pearl gourami has a bit of a white haze over its eye. Anyone know what this could be.

Could be in an injury maybe if the two were fighting? Does the eye pop-out or is it just hazy? Maybe keep the water very clean for a few days and see if it gets better.
