Weird gray dots swimming on the bottom of my tank

I noticed these weird dots swimming at the bottom of my fish tank and I was just wondering if anyone knew what they were and if they were harmless or if they can hurt my fish.

Those appear to be seed shrimp / Ostracods. These are harmless. I have these in my shrimp tank.
