Weird tenticle kind of thing with my rock

Bought a rock and weeks later seen these skinny tenticles coming out the rock idl if u can see it, its in the center its black and white.

Yeah its alive, ive touch it and it wrapped around my finger, it just wont come out the rock! Lol
