Weird white swimming specs in my tank? Please help!

I see these white specs swimming around or jumping around in my tank??
Theirs nothing in there but snails that got in from plants
I'm getting RCS either Thursday or Friday so I kinda have to solve this if his is bad or good? Anyone know what it is?

it sounds like (and i dont know the proper names unfortunately) what i had at one point and still sorta do. are they like little white squiggly things, usually on the glass, they look like little worms? if so i've had it and from what i researched they seem to be because of "excessive" waste in the tank. i say "excessive" as my levels are fine but i do have a bit of waste in their. i have RCS and amano and they are fine. even seen one or 2 of these white things on my betta, i think one even crawled into his gill. he just spat it out.

I think what Gingimaru is trying to ID is planaria. I agree with the springtail based on the fact that you said they jump around. Either way your rcs should be fine.

I did some research and it looks like water fleas and Copepods and yeah good to know the RCS will be safe
Will the RCS eat them?
