well water pros and cons?

Good and bad.. need to know them all only thing i know is that it is high in iron. Should i be using something secial to treat the water?

Have you had the well professionally tested? If your drinking it, this is recommended. It's a bit hard to say good or bad without knowing what exactly is in the well water.
