That's a good place to start. After they acclimate to light, can attach them to a rock in lower half of tank. They do like a little bit of flow, too, but nothing too direct.
I would say you an move them to wherever you're wanting them to be, but hey do need to be in decent light cuz they photosynthesize. But not too close to lights cuz then they'll close up. I keep mine in lower half and they do fine.
Ok ill try it out they been open since about 30 mins in my tank ..they have not.realy closed except at night so I guess that's good ...lol I.never kept zoas so ill see how it goes
