well sad to say it but he the red tail pleco died tonite...im at a loss with all this...i started treatin the whole tank when i QT him should i continue treatment or not worry about it? no other fish are showing signs.

So 3 days treatment so far for the main tank? I would treat for a day or two more and then do a water change. I am so sorry the fish didn't make it. The parasite is obviously infecting the fish before you can visibly see it. Hopefully that is the last loss you will suffer.

Keep a close eye on the other fish for any signs of this illness.

well i think the worst is over did a water change today no more losses and my last BN pleco is doing fine with no signs of the parasite... so total loss from this parasie 1 BN Pleco and 1 Redtail Pleco

Here's hoping. Keep a close eye and don't be afraid to do an extra water change this week.

everything seems to be back to normal i did another water xhange and everything seems ok thnx to everyone who added input
