What day should I clean my fishtank?

I usually clean my fish tank once a week. Should I do it on Friday, Saturday or Sunday? No other days please because I'm busy.

I use a dry erase board to notate what date I do a wc, the nitrate, the ph and gallons changed; when I add ferts and how much, and when I clean filters. My schedule isn't all that similar week to week so stops me from forgetting something. Or I'm just nuts lol.
