What fish is this?

What is this? Cant find it anywhrrr on net. Pet shop owner gave me a rasbora name whch is obvy not it....

They look so nice so i bought 3 of them but I don't know anything about them. But as u can see they are really tiny like just a lil bigger than the rcs.
