What is full spectrum lights.

I was looking at lights and came across full spectrum lights and was wondering if these are good for plants our no. They are 8000 k so I know it's good there. The brand is all glass aquarium.

I haven't seen any difference in the plants I grow under 10k or 6700 bulbs.

They're just hitting the middle of the road between 6700K and 10000K. I prefer 6700K myself.
