What is the best treatment for Ich?

Please advise need to know soon. I would like to hear only from people who experienced this first hand and dealt with it successfully.

Currently I am leaning towards hyposalinity

Such as, if my main tank is empty of fish, do I need to re-add ammonia to keep my good bacteria alive for the quarantine period? ):

i had ich, i read up on it alot when i was a newby in reef, what worked for me was pwc and keeping the tank temp above 78 degrease farinheight because that supposivly slows down or stops the growth of ich.
