What is the most quiet wave maker / power head ?

Im from Australia.
And yes you are correct, when I try angle it towards the surface, it makes more noise. Horizontal isn't too bad. But I need surface agitation.

Is there a better choice to buy?

Around 2000lph give or take.

Tunze 6015, 6020, and 6025 all look like they are the right lph, but are they built differently too, to eliminate noise?
