I guess that would depend on what you're keeping in terms of fish, rock, coral, sand etc

General guesstimate would be trying four koralia 1500s on their wavemaker. But as stated them at depends on what you plan to house in the tank. I use the setup above on my 6ft 180gal (yours is 150gallons) so it should be plenty of flow and I'm growing some soft coral, lps and sps in my tank.

I have mainly softie and some hard corals like torch and frogspawn. I ordered 2 10,000 l/h wavemaker a for both sides of the tank. Is this too much??

That does sound like quite a lot if you have no way of controlling the flow.

IMO Tunze and Ecotech make the best power heads and they're controllable meaning if its giving too much flow you can tone it down and same vice versa.

I think 10,000litres is close to 1500 gallons.

But does that still sound outrageous. Lol

Not if you position them well, it should be ok. Your turnover will be just short of 20 times, so saying that way doesn't sound too ridiculous
