What puffer fish? is this please anyone

I was told it is a coronation puffer but I can't find it anywhere on the net

Looks like a species of Toby puffer but without a better pic I couldn't tell much more than that. Any chance of posting a pic that's not so darkly lit?

It looks like a dark specimen of blue spot puffer.
