what sps will grow and maintain their color under 4x65w pc's

You may be able to keep a milliapora, but that light is too low to really keep any color. Most brightly colored Acropora require very intense lighting. The General rule is. Blue,pink and purple require the most light.

Agreed, as well as hydnophora, pocillipora and stylophora.

I am also having luck with a stag, Acropora formosa. Stalk primarily a greenish brown with electric blue/purple tips.
