What the heck are these?

They almost look like some sort of slug (no shell like a snail) the do move and when I blow off the rocks they come off easily. They are the little brown things in the pic below, help please? Ate they good or bad?

If its a reef, and you have any SPS, you could be in trouble if they are flatworms. Can you pull one out and get a better pic?

I just googled saltwater flat worm and there's pics that look just like mine! What do I do to get rid of them?
 
I know people have had luck with Flatworm Exit by Salifert. Luckily, I haven't had an infestation yet (knock on wood). If you have any acros in there, get them out and into a QT until the issue is resolved. These things lay eggs like crazy. Good luck.
