what type of tetra is this

I just came back from my lfs where i bought 6 neon tetras turns out I only got 4 neons 1 unknown tetra 1 guppy fry and two unkown fry. back to my point what type of tetra and fry is this.

Lol too small to tell but to me it looks like a gully fry but I really can't tell from the pictures

could the tetra be a black neon.

Its a bit small to say for sure, but the black spot on the tail could mean its a Silvertip.

it does look the most black neon to me
