What's this plant?

Can anyone identify this plant. http://i1172.photobucket.com/albums...4-1629-4AB2-A4B7-490D2BCD7438_zpsoqbvmggu.jpg it never dies but it also never grows. My plants are not in too great of shape due to my recent plant epidemic.

Not sure what plant that is, but any reason why you're using actinic lighting on a fw planted tank? I'd start with changing the actinic bulbs to daylight 6500k or 10,000k.

No I actually have a midday and aqua flora. But that light was on a timer. So instead of messing with the timer to be able to get a pick of the plant I just turned on the actinic light. It's usually never on.

Looks like a semi aquatic. Maybe green hedge.

Should I remove it or just leave it? I've had it for months.

I'd leave it in there if you like looking at it and it's not hurting anything. If it starts melting pull it out.
