Whats wrong with my White Cloud Mountain Minnow? (pictures)

Hello,

I am not sure what is wrong with my minnow, it almost has like a tear drop on the bottom of its belly. I think it is also a bit under weight.

Any help will be appreciated

That is a new one on me. What are the tank test readings? Is the fish eating?

Maybe I should just do a partial water change? I'm not too sure if it's eating, normally I watch them at feeding time but I have been really busy. But I think my guess would be hes only eating a little amount judging on the size of him.
It's just literally like a clear almost like bubble/tear drop. Looks like I could burst it.

If it were a pleco or cat I would think he was burnt but that is not likely for a minnow. If he is not eating I would guess some kind of wound that became infected. I would observe and see how normally he is acting. A good water change never hurts.

seems like your WCM has a blister could be a parasite nesting?

do you see like something inside the "tear drop"

make sure your ph around 6.5 to 7.0
to see him all nice redish
