When to change lights in Nanocube

Hey guys,

I am wondering how often the lights in my Nanocube should be changed. It's a 12g, I have zooanthinds and mushrooms in there, and some crabs and snails. There's currently no fish, I lost my clown about 6 months ago, and am debating whether to just wait for fish until I upgrade to my 75g.
Anyway, I've had this Nanocube up since summer of 2004 (coming up on 2 years now). The lights are one white and one actinic, it's a 24W 10,000K.

You should change your lights atleast once a year. I prefer to change mine every 6 months.
