I am setting up a 5 gallon fluval spec V reef tank. This will be my first try at a saltwater tank and want to know what light will suit my needs

The first one is the fluval compact clamp light 13 watts
The second one is the fluval sea LED light 14 watts
Anyone recommend one over the other
Not that excited to fork over +70$ to get the fluval sea of its not worth it

Depends on what you want to do with the tank, bit gate going to limit you to lower light corals

Was thinking mushrooms and Zoas
Saw a very nice purple tipped anemone at my lfs and was wondering if this was sufficent

I don't know of anywhere for that price. Those reef type PAR lamps are like 75 bucks in stores. I would order it online.

I also wouldn't recommend putting an anemone in a 5g - they get very large. Small tanks are mug more difficult keeping parameters stable too. In any case they are not for beginners ;)
