Can I get some help IDing this white stuff that showed up a couple of days ago.

If you look really close they almost look like dandelion seeds. They are only on the glass. I am attaching pics. Couldn't get it to focus well zoomed in.

Tank is a 60 gal. Started Dec 26. Fish in cycle. Ammo kept at .25 or less. 0 nitrite, 0 nitrate. pH 8.0. Water is hard. Don't have gh\kh test. Api master test kit. Med/heavy planted. Dirt under gravel cap. Finnex planted + 24/7 led lights.

Just upgraded to the finnex 2 days ago. I'm sure the increased light has something to do with it. They didn't show up till after the upgrade.

Just to be clear. I'm not stressing, just curious. uploadfromtaptalk1452287307396.jpguploadfromtaptalk1452287318060.jpguploadfromtaptalk1452287331247.jpg

I've had those! They disappeared pretty quickly. No idea, IME they go away on their own and don't hurt anything.

Yeah like I said I'm not worried, just curious. I like to learn about my aquarium.
