Found these coming out of my live rock. It's the second day of having the tank set up. What are they? Good or bad? Do I need to/how do I get rid of them?

Bristle worm. No worries they will be fine, don't grab them with your hands if you decide to try and remove them.

Bristal worms. Don't touch them. Your lfs should sell a trap.
