Hard to tell anything about those particular bulbs. I didn't see any specs listed. As long as the spectrum is in the 6500k-10k it should be ok.

As far as the bulbs fitting, a 48",36", etc t5 isn't 48", 36", etc long. It's around 46"ish. It's made to fit in (for instance) a 48" housing. I don't know of any t5 bulbs that are 1" longer than any other bulb. So if you have a 4' tank/light and the bulbs run the length of the tank you need 48" bulbs.

I use all Hagen LifeGlo II tf HO's 6.7k. I have 3 fixtures on my 150 planted and all 6 bulbs are LifoGlo II.

They seem to be working for me. And yes the bulb length is listed as 1 or 2" shorter.
If my conversion is correct the 24" bulb is about $30?
I bought all mine on Amazon for much less.
