Anyone have a copy they're willing to sell, or know of a person or website who does? I've already seen lfs.com has a photocopied set, but I don't want that. Any info will be appreciated.

Try Alibris.com. Their titles are constantly changing, so you may have to try several times. I just checked and they have one. I searched by title. The author searched returned too many irrelevant titles.

Thanks for the info...sorry it took so long to reply. Unfortunately, the seller of the book wants $249 dollars for it, so I think I'll pass on it...
