Zebra Danio injured

One Of my zebra danios seems to have scrapped himself on his side. The wound looks red and now he has gone into hiding and didn't eat today.

What could I do to help the poor little guy?

Add some freshwater salt to the tank and perform daily water changes for a few days to help him heal.

I have RCS in the tank. Will the salt harm them in any way?

Not at all, but remember dont add too much

watch out for bullying. other fish may pick on him if he looks injured but it helps that you have plants for him to hide in. try to make sure that some food gets to his hiding place.
