I have a 30 gallong tank and would like to put all male drawf cichlids in it. Since there will be no females, would they still fight?

You will likely see aggression. However it may be spread out unless the group finds a weak link

Yes, well put. Make sure there are plenty of hiding places. I mean, 2-3 a fish. Heavily planted, lots of plants and you should be fine.
