HOw big do they get?

My appologies it seems the first article I read was incorrect and looking at several others it seems more like 8 inches is correct.

8" is about right. They're one of the largest mbuna species in the hobby. Not many other mbuna's approach the size of a fully matured male bumblebee.

Imo this large chlid is not near as aggressive as I expected. Mine got bullied by the smaller fish constantly.
