Yeah.....those were supposed to go into my Colombian build thread. By the way those viejita would for in nicely and replace the megaptera....

For sure they would fit in nicely in any setup ?

Tested the water in the cycling breeding tank this morning and found this NH3/4, a color I've never seen on the test, NO2 5.0 and NO3 80 ppm, I had no clue that 1 tiny endler being fed once every other day could cause such a mess......

Great get man! Patience payed off. Layzer should take notes;)
Id appreciate it if you'd breed and ship me some so I dont have to wait 20yrs.

You're a funny one...

Patience is a virtue i wasn't born with. The OP has waited for these longer than i have been alive.

I give anything a reasonable amount of time... I think? Idk.

I didn't laugh a bit at this though.

Ever considered stand-up?

So I was curious as to whether or not my test was old so I took a sample up to a lfs for testing and the guy says "Holy ****! I hope there are no fish in there" It would seem that these guys have to wait a bit longer to have babies.

Parameters are all wacky, but my staurs are looking good and ready to top soon.

I think if I ever saw that color on one of my tests I would literally pass out. Have you tried dilution to get an actual value? I'm curious....

Hey Gillie my A.hongslio have breed in my 55g!
I need to pull the angels or them to a 40b....
Which is better in which tank(6 A.hongslio 1 male I believe /10 juvi angelfish)
I have a 4' 33 if that is better for the pistos...
I found dark(?) eggs behind/on back of terra cotta pot in the coconut fiber yesterday???
It has looked as though breeding has been taking place for a week maybe?
I really can't see all that goes on in this set up do to leaf litter and pots , but the male has colored up nice and females look more yellow...

I have found little info still...
Are these guys and girls going to be ok with this arrangement or do they need to separated some how??
Tank has lots of pots, coconut fiber and leaf litter.

Do you have pictures of this action on another thread CB?

If you can keep track of where the female has her fry you shouldn't have to move anything really. You have plenty of cover and such for fry to escape predation and have plenty of micro critters between feedings.
