I have a mixed group of Malawi cichlids and have been feeding them New Life Spectrum 2x a day what they can eat in 30 seconds along with a little bit of frozen krill once a week. I also have a big container of algae pellets I had gotten for an algae eater I no longer have. Knowing that a good portion of mine are omnivores, I thought it would be ok to drop in 1 pellet a day as a little something extra. They sure seem to love them and demolish the pellet in a minute or so. Are these ok for them to eat? I'd hate for this big bottle of pellets to go to waste but also don't want to feed them anything that would be bad for them.
Ok for Cichlids to also eat Algae pellets?
