Question about my 14g

Did a water change sunday because everything got down to 0s... Yeah!!!! Added two true percs and a turbo snail at the same time... Did a water test today, results as follow
Salinity 1.026
ph 8.0-8.2
Nitrate 10ppm
Nitrite 0ppm
Ammonia 0ppm
Temp 79

Is this about normal or should i do a partial water change???

fine just keep doing your weekly water changes and monitor nitrates they may go up to 20 ppm but don't worry with a fowlr tank if that's what you have????? with proper maint. and feeding nitrates should go down in a couple weeks...if nitrates rise above 20 ppm I would start to worry.... but to ensure this is correct list all your tank inhabitants including amt of live rock and filters, powerheads ect....how old is the tank this is usually normal for a tank 4-6 months old...
