at my shop we have a 55g sw, 45 pounds of sand, 30 pounds of rock, running two HOB filters, and two powerheads for flow. we have a 48 inch power compact fixture (2 lamp of course). water parameters all check out, our livestock includes 2 perc. clowns (paired) a yellow tang, 2 yellow tail damsels, and a type of goby im not familiar with. and some soft corals.
c.u.c. 6 red legged hermits, and 3 turbo snails, 3 astrea snails.

the green algae is only on the substrate, and i stir it up and it comes back 1-2 hours later, i've never had it in my personal tank, and i have no idea why its so bad in this one. its not hurting anything, its just hideous, and its not doing our shop ANY justice. so if anyone has any ideas of what it is, or whats causing it PLZ let me know!
