Well I moved some coral from my 29 & 40 gallon nto the tank today. So excited. Just waiting for them to get comfy and open up. I will take some pictures once they are all open.
 
Just tested the tank to make sure everything was in check.

Ammonia - 0
Nitrate - 0
Nitrite - 0
PH - 7.9
KH - 11
Calcium - 440
Phosphate - 0
Magnesium - 1350
Salinity - 1.024
 
Re spike ,...Yikes ,...did we lose a fish or snails or something ???? Remember ,to stock sloooooow and let the tank catch up :) ...... re glass panel , gotcha !

I think the ammonia reading was 2.0 not 4.0 still High though. No losses thank goodness.

The pieces i put in there are mostly frags so not to many. I will wait a couple of weeks before adding anything else.

Man, look at the extension on those candy cane heads. Looks amazing. I had a branching blue colony that I loved, but never did that. With so much green in my system now, I'd throw a red/green in there for that reaction in a heartbeat.

Yah, my teal do it but the green do not really at all.

That is the first time ive seen the candy cane extend like that. The acans are extending also bit theirs are shorter. They have been extending every evening.

I dont know What i am going to do with this one. This candy cane has a mushroom on one side and clove polyps on the other side.

Take it out and cut the mushroom off. It doesn't seem like the polyps are really bugging it though.
