Advice for stocking Rainbows in a 45 gallon tank

My current 45 gallon setup is African Cichlids but they are moving over to a 55 gallon. I want to add 5 Lake Tebera Rainbows and 2 Goyder Rainbows plus one Plecostomus. I'm going to add live plants and driftwood and let the tank settle for a couple of days after the cichlids have left and I've had a chance to do a partial water change. Any suggestions welcome and appreciated.

I would say you are all set, but definitely get a smaller Pleco like a bushy nose. And maybe some snails to keep up on cleaning.
