Can a Rope Fish live with a parrot and pelco ?

I am trying to find a tank to put a rope in. With help from people here I no not to put them with my dragon fish , and help from my Oscar or Turtle I know not to put it in their tank . So how about a tank with a pelco and parrot .

65 gal and I am not sure. Just on from petsmart.

If it's a common Pleco, you'll probably have to rehome it they can get up to two feet long, and are poop machines. For the ropefish, I think it would work.
