2 rosy barbs
1 red torpedo barb
1 white molly
1 red rainbow
1 boesmani rainbow
2 blue jack dempsey
2 clown loaches

I put the cube in a cup of tank water and stir it around until it's completly broken apart. Then I pour it in the tank. We used to toss it in frozen but that caused aggression issues during feeding.

I used to do one of the above, until I saw how much gunk is included in the cube or block. Now, I thaw it with chlorinated water in a fine sieve, and them feed after rinsing.

i just toss in a chunk. never had any problems, and my fish like attacking the chunk.

I also stir it into a cup of tank water. My barbs got pretty aggressive when they had to fight over a single chunk, and none of the less aggressive fish would get any. This way it all gets spread out & everyone gets some.
