my pleco pics

i finally got around to taking some decent pictures of my pleco. i've had it for about 6 years and it is now a little over 13" long. it's a biggin' for sure! looking over at the tank right now, he's busy chomping away at a piece of zucchini. the second picture is angled b/c i tried to get him all in the frame but still maintain some detail. same with the overhead shot. the camera is just a $50 logitech webcam, so the quality is terrible at best. these were all taken last night.

Oooo; he looks just like my guy! Right down to the light stripes running across the body. Tis a liposarcus pardalis to be exact, usually sold as a common plec. My guy is exactly 8 inches long and 2 yrs old - hopefully he'll take 5-6 yrs to hit 12 inches LOL I don't have room for anything bigger then a 55g in this apt.
